Lucknow: The main accused, the son of Balipur village head Nanhe Yadav, in DSP Zia-ul Haque killing case is minor, declared a court. A CBI team on Sunday produced all the four accused in DSP killing case in the court of magistrate, Mohd Niyaz Ahmed Ansari.

Hearing the plea, the court declared the main accused in connection with DSP killing case as minor on the basis of marks sheets produced by counsel as evidence.

Earlier, the counsel to main accused urged the court that his client, who was selected for merchant navy, is juvenile. His client is being falsely implicated in DSP murder, added the counsel.

Meanwhile, the counsel alleged that the CBI has mercilessly beaten up Phulchand, the brother of Nanhe Yadav. He also claimed to have video clip of the incident.

Notably, the CBI arrested Nanhe Yadav’s son, brothers and servant in connection with DSP killing on March 2.  DSP Zia-ul Haque was shot dead by a mob gathered after killing of Nanhe Yadav.
