Satyam, who is studying electronics in IIT Kanpur  is selected for ‘brain computer interface’ for ‘Charpak Scholarship Program’ under ‘To Promote Higher Education in France’ campaign.

Also, Director of French DU lab himself called Satyam and invited him for student motivational workshop. Satyam Kumar, son of Sidhnath Singh, a farmer in Bakhorapur village near Ara, Bhojpur district, Bihar, had passion for computer engineering. Once he had said that he wanted to develop something on the lines of the social networking site Facebook.

Born on July 20, 1999, Satyam gives credit to his family and teachers for his success. According to Satyam, his family constantly motivates him and they brought him to Patna from his village for his initial studies.

Since he was really good in studies, he was subsequently taken to Kota by one of his uncles Ram Pukar Singh.
