However, there is no official announcement of their release date from the company but both the smartphones reportedly have been patched on import data website Zauba.

Zauba also said the Windows devices are expected to hit the Indian market in April this year.

As per latest reports from Zauba, huge shipments of the product have reached Mumbai recently.

The expected prices for Microsoft Lumia 640 RM-1077 and Microsoft Lumia 640 XL RM-1067 are Rs 4,683 and  Rs 6,710 respectively.



The Lumia 640 sports a 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim operating system, 8 MP rear and 1 MP front facing cameras.

It is in-built with 8GB of internal memory (30 GB free OneDrive and micro SD support up to 128 GB) and 2,500 mAh battery.

On the other hand, its XL model features a 5.7-inch 720p HD display with a 13 MP rear camera powered with Carl Zeiss optics and 3,000 mAh battery.
