Modern dairy farm set up in Hisar

Chandigarh: Setting an example, a completely automatic dairy farm has been established in a village in Haryana's Hisar district.

The automatic milk dairy by the name of 'Utsuk Dairy', was established in 2010 in Syahdwa village in the district by Dalbir Singh, a resident of the village.

In this dairy, every work related to the cattle—from feeding them to milking is done through machines, according to a Haryana government release here on Sunday.

At present, the dairy produces 1400 litres of milk per day, it added.
