"I will bring back every rupee and use it for the welfare of poor. We will change the laws, if required. We will enter into agreements with other countries. But we will bring back every rupee of blackmoney and use it for the welfare of the poor," Modi said.
Modi, who is contesting from Vadodara and Varanasi, also said that his government will use part of the money for the welfare of salaried class, which is honestly paying the taxes.
"The government will reward the honest and punish the dishonest. We will give incentives to the salaried class which pays taxes promptly out of its hard-earned money," he said.
The Gujarat Chief Minister also pointed out that the Supreme Court on Tuesday pulled up the Central government for doing nothing to comply with its order directing it to form a special investigation team to bring back the blackmoney.
