The companies, which put their projects on hold for a long time, have been gearing up for expediting them.  According to human resources consulting firms, as many as two crore new jobs may be created in the coming years.

According to unison international consulting firm, about two crore people will get job opportunities.

As per CareerBuilder India, around 20 lakh new jobs are expected to be created in the next 12-24 months. Human resources consulting firm Randstad India believes that e-commerce companies like Amazon, flipkart have planned to expedite their business on a massive level. In the next 2-3 years, 50,000 people can get new jobs in this sector.

However, Modi-led NDA government is likely to give priority on manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. The country needs to create 1.25 crore new jobs every year.

According to Unison International, recruitment drive has been severely hit in the online shopping market for the last but the way the market has witnessed positive sign in the last few months has given a new lease of life in the sector which has huge opportunities for growth. The demand for data analysts and IT experts will rise in this sector.

Other sectors to witness growth

Infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, automobiles, IT, travel, banking and financial sectors will also generate new jobs due to stable government.

In the next 10 years, around 3-4 crore jobs are expected to be created in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

In its poll manifesto, the BJP had promised to streamline manufacturing sector and remove hurdles in infrastructure sector.
