When it comes to processor, the Moto G is loaded with a quad core processor clocked at 1.2 Giga Hertz. On the other hand, the Lumia 720 comes with a dual core processor of 1 Giga Hertz.

There is a difference between the operating system (OS) platform of both devices as Moto G operates on Android 4.2 while the Lumia 720 runs on Windows 8 platform.

Overall, both smartphones are pretty good and the Moto G seems to be a bit on the higher side as it comes with a faster processor and a better display. At the same time, in case, if one is looking for storage, Nokia Lumia 720 is a much feasible option.
