Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Mahila Congress will organize a "Mahila Swayam Siddhi Sammelan" on October 28 with an eye on strengthening the organization for next year's assembly elections in the state.
    
Stating this, the State Mahila Congress President Archana Jaiswal told that the Sammelan would be attended by office-bearers and workers from all over the state.

The Mahila Congress said the women MPs, MLAs and mayors from Madhya Pradesh would attend the sammelan where they would give guidance to workers.

Jaiswal said that Union Minister Krishna Teerath, Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh and Union Minister, Kamalnath have already given their consent to attend the sammelan.

She said that next year's assembly elections were very crucial for the Congress and it was necessary for all its wings to work together to defeat the BJP in the assembly elections.
