New Delhi: The Madhya Pradesh High Court has allowed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to quiz Sadhvi Pragnya Thakur in connection with Sunil Joshi murder case.

A division bench of Justices Rakesh Saxena and SC Sinho also stated that she could be questioned only in the presence RN Singh, Sadhiv’s counsel.

The former RSS pracharak was murdered in Dewas on December 29, 2007 following which a case was registered against Pragya and others by the Madhya Pradesh police, but the matter was later taken over by the NIA.

Pragya is also an accused in five terror cases that include the bombing of the Samjhouta Express and blasts at Malegaon in Maharashtra and Ajmer in Rajasthan.
