"We have specially designed 'Return of 10 paisa' initiative to empower our customers with the freedom to talk more and stay connected with their friends and business associates," MTS India's chief marketing and sales officer, Leonid Musatov said in a statement.
Customers opting for this plan will have to buy a special coupon of Rs 11 which will be valid for a month.
At present, similar calls to MTS customers, not covered under any scheme, costs 72 paise per minute at basic call rate of 1.2 paise per second.
MTS has its operations in nine out of 22 telecom circles in the country, which include Delhi, Kolkata, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh (West), West Bengal and Rajasthan.
