Lucknow: In a bid to redress grievances of the common man, Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday said he would soon hold meeting with party ministers to make them aware of the difficulties faced by the public.

"I will soon hold meeting of ministers to make the SP government more transparent and make ministers more active," Yadav said while addressing party workers here.

He said that the problems of common man should be heard at local level and ministers and party MLAs should take interest in redressing their grievances.

Eyeing 2014 Parliamentary polls, Yadav exhorted Samajwadi workers to channelise their energies to help the party emerge stronger at the Centre.

"Now we have to emerge stronger at the Centre...if we have a SP government both in the state and Centre, better development of the state can be ensured," Yadav said.
