Mumbai: Two industry bodies and one music company have sought a legal restraint on 11 companies to block access to the music website www.songs.pk
   
Phonographic Performance Ltd, The Indian Music Industry, and Sagarika Music Pvt Ltd are seeking a restraint on internet access to download, stream, disseminate, and reproduce copyright music on this site, according to a public notice.
  
The internet service and infrastructure providers who have been named in a civil suit in the Calcutta High Court include Dishnet Wireless Ltd, Reliance Wimax Ltd, Hathway Cable & Datacom Pvt Ltd, Hughes Communications Ltd India, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd, Reliance Communications Infrastructure Ltd, Wipro Ltd, Sify Technologies Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd,

Vodafone India Ltd, and BG Broadband India Pvt Ltd.
   
At 11:19 AM, shares of Wipro were trading down 2.41% at 438.60 rupees, shares of Tata Teleservices Maharashtra were nearly flat at 16.05 rupees and shares of Bharti Airtel were down 0.53% at 348.05 rupees.
