Shah is coming here on September 21 to take part in 100th birth anniversary of former Bihar Chief Minister Bhola Paswan Shastri, BJP SC Morcha president Sanjay Paswan said.

Along with Shah, state BJP leaders, including former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, will attend the anniversary function at SK Memorial hall, Paswan said.

Paswan said that during his visit Shah would draw up the future political strategy for 2014 elections. He said that Shah would also review the preparation for October 27 Hunkar (roar) rally at Gandhi Maidan, which will be addressed by Narendra Modi.

It will be the first occasion when Narendra Modi would address a rally in his rival Nitish Kumar's home turf. He is expected to take on Kumar for snapping ties with BJP over his elevation.

Due to Kumar's discomfort, Narendra Modi was kept away from Bihar by BJP both in last general elections as well state assembly polls in 2010.
