The CBSE had on Thursday announced the results of Class 12 examinations for Delhi and Dehradun regions whereas the results of six other regions -- Allahabad, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Patna, Ajmer and Panchkula -- were declared on Wednesday.

The CBSE had earlier on Monday declared the class 12th results for Trivandrum and Chennai region. The passing percentage for Trivandrum and Chennai region was 94.26 and 91.63 percent respectively.

The pass percentage in Delhi region was 86.78 percent.

The overall pass percentage for 2014 - 82.66 percent - recorded a marginal increase of 0.5 percent over last year's 82.10 percent.

More than 10 lakh students had appeared for the exams held between March 1 to April 17 this year.

On May 20, the CBSE had announced the results for class 10th examinations 2014.

The CBSE has notified that there will be a change in the procedure for verification of marks from 2015.

The CBSE, which is the national board of education for public and private schools, conducts board examinations for Class 10 and 12.
