The South Korean smartphone giant hopes that the Note 4 will help it get a fresh momentum to lift its handset business at a time when the company is being threatened by the rise of Chinese budget handset manufacturers.

According to the specifications leaked earlier this week suggested, the device could boast a 5.7-inch Quad HD 1,440-pixel display and 4GB RAM.  Galaxy Note 4 features Qualcomm processors with support for fourth-generation LTE mobile wireless technology.

Other rumoured specifications include the addition of a Snapdragon 805 chipset for the Chinese, Korean, Japanese and North American markets, while all other regions including Europe would receive a variant with an Exynos SoC.
