New Delhi: Showing a strong dislike for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Nitish Kumar has said that he would not hesitate from joining the Congress and could break his alliance with the BJP if Narendra Modi was made the Prime Ministerial candidate.

There is a possibility of JD(U) aligning with the Congress even after the general elections 2014. According to English magazine The Week, Nitish Kumar had said this in an interview to them. However, Nitish has denied having said anything in this regard to the magazine. After his denial the magazine has removed the interview from its website. 

It has been claimed by the magazine that Nitsh Kumar would break his alliance with the BJP in case Narendra Modi is made the Prime Ministerial candidate. In the interview he had said that if the Congress heeds to his certain demands, he could think of aligning with the Congress after 2014 general elections.
