"Nothing new has happened in this one year of Narendra Modi government in office," Kumar said questioning the rationale behind celebration of NDA government's one year in office.

Alleging that the NDA government is discriminating against Bihar, Nitish Kumar said all preparations has been completed for the construction of a six-lane bridge over the Ganga at Kachhi Dargah in Patna. But instead of making available funds for the project as promised, the Centre is now talking of handing over the project to it, the Chief Minister said.

"It's election year in Bihar and several promises will be made. But, where is the fund for roads?" Kumar questioned while taking pot shots at the Union Ministers moving around in Bihar praising achievements of Narendra Modi government.

"The Centre will make it clear whether Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), MGNREGA will continue or not," he asked.
