Kumar left for Delhi from where he would fly to Kathmandu tomorrow. He told reporters in the state Legislative Assembly premises that he was going to Nepal to take part in the 13th annual convention on March 3.

He said he had received invitation from Nepali Congress in this regard. "Though I am going to Nepal primarily to take part in the convention of Nepali Congress, I would meet other people also there," Kumar said.

He added Indian Embassy would decide his programme in Nepal. Leaders of Madhesi Movement, including chairman of Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal Upendra Yadav, Sadbhawana Party Chair Rajendra Mahato and Tarai Madhes Sadbhawana Party chief Mahendra Raya Yadav had in the first week of February met Kumar in Patna seeking support for their agitation.
