Greater Noida: The trouble confronted by the Noida extension flat buyers seems far from over as the Noida Extension master plan 2021 is still hanging in the lurch.

The Master Plan is due for approval by the NCR planning board but it is possible only when concerned files reach the NCR board after being approved by the Uttar Pradesh administration.

The legal committee of NCR planning board had approved the master plan on June 28. However, it requires the signature of three members of Uttar Pradesh government.

Remarkably, these files had been sent to the state government authorities in the first week of July, but there has been no development on this front as one of the members is yet to sign the files.

Peeved over the unusual delay in getting the ownership of these flats, Noida Extension Flatowners and Members Association in a meeting have decided that if the concerned files don’t reach NCR planning board within a week, it would hold a meeting with the Chief Minister of the state and put its stand before him.

The Association has further said that it is planning agitation if there is no positive development over the issue.
