New Delhi: Madhur Bhandarkar says he is not approaching any new actress for his film 'Heroine', which was canned following lead star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's pregnancy.
Bhandarkar, who had earlier expressed shock and anger about being kept in the dark about Aishwarya's pregnancy, says he is not sure whether he will revive his "most ambitious" project anytime soon.
"Speculations in the media of me approaching actresses for my film Heroine are totally baseless !!!," Bhandarkar wrote on Twitter.
"Whether I will revive film Heroine, will decide after consultations with UTV or a fresh film, will surely update you in near future !!!," he added.
The star cast in the film also included Arjun Rampal, Arunoday Singh, Shahana Goswami and Amrita Raichand.
