Two days ago, 11 people, including a woman, were killed and 30 others injured in a stampede in the temple town.

Issuing the direction, Chief Minister Raghubar Das asked local administration to arrange all facilities for the 'kanwarias' (devotees) coming to the temple to offer prayers and take help from the civil society and other institutions to regulate management to help the pilgrims, an official release said here.

In another order, the Chief Minister asked to waive off entry fees on vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and that the government would cover the revenue deficit of Deoghar Municipal Corporation.
