The company has also launched single SIM version of the Nokia 225. The two handsets boast identical specifications, apart from the obvious difference in the number of SIMs.

The feature handsets sport a 2.8-inch LCD Transmissive display which offers a QVGA (240x320) resolution and a pixel density of 142ppi.

Among connectivity options are Bluetooth, GPRS and Micro-USB. Memory of these phones is expandable up to 32GB with the help of microSD card.  These handsets run on Nokia OS Series 30+ and sport a 2-megapixel rear camera.

The Nokia 225 and Nokia 225 Dual SIM have a 1200mAh battery that is expected to deliver up to 21 hours of talk time, and up to 648 hours of standby time on the dual-SIM variant.

Other features include, Nokia Xpress Browser, FM Radio and comes pre-loaded with Facebook and Twitter apps.
