Nokia Asha 500 is installed with 2.8-inch QVGA display. It comes in dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) variant which supports GSM+GSM network connectivity. It features a 2-megapixel rear camera and includes 64MB RAM. The storage capacity of the device can be expanded up to 32GB through microSD card usage.

Nokia Asha 502 is installed with 3-inch LCD display that possesses a resolution of 240x320 (QVGA) pixels. The device features 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Its storage capacity can be expanded up to 32GB with the use of microSD card.

Nokia Asha 503 is installed with 3-inch display and possesses a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It contains 64MB RAM and is expandable up to 32GB through microSD card.
