Amul, India’s largest dairy cooperative, has come up with such machines which will sell milk along with other dairy products. The company has installed one such ATM machine at the gate of Amul Dairy in Gujarat’s Anand town under its pilot project.

According to reports, the company is planning to install over 1,100 such machines. Apart from milk, lassi and curd, the machine will also vend cold drinks and chocolates.

One will have to pay Rs 10, which this machine will read through a sensor, for a 300 ml pouch of Amul Taaza milk. The ATM, fitted with refrigeration facility, has a capacity to hold 150 pouches at a time.
