New Delhi: With colleges failing to fill in seats reserved for the OBC category, Delhi University has decided to come out with two more cut-off lists for the OBC students.
In a press conference on Monday, the DU Registrar cleared that unlike previous years, the University authorities will not convert reserved seats to general category.

The University administration ordered its colleges to come up with two more cut-off lists exclusively for OBC students on August 9 and August 11 respectively on DU website.
DU’s Registrar RK Sinha said, “The Supreme Court has permitted for relaxation in cut-off marks up to 10 percent as compared to general category.”

The eighth cut-off list would be released at night on August 9 and the admission fee can be submitted on August 10 and 11.

Thereafter, on the same day (11 August) DU colleges would release the ninth cut-off list in the wee hours. The students can enroll in the colleges from August 16.
If seats still remain vacant, the university would come up with another cut-off list.
