As several candidates had written this examination server may be busy while checking the results. Patience is essential to check the results. Candidates who had passed in this examination will be given Pass Certificate to the candidates by the board. With the help of this certificate, candidates can apply for the further studies.

As many as 2, 90, 000 students have appeared for the examination this year.

This year, the board introduced grade system in place of divisions in the results of the annual HSC (Class 12) and Madhyama (Class 10) examination.

Every year Orissa Board use to conduct this examination in the month of March. In the same way board had conducted this examination in 2014 also in the month of March 2014.

The students, who secure 90 percent and above (540 to 600 marks), will be awarded A1 Outstanding. Those, who secure 80 percent and above but below 90 percent (480 to 539 marks), will get A2 Excellent.

The students, who have 70 percent and above but below 80 percent (420 to 479 marks), will get B1 Very Good.

While students with 60 percent and above but below 70 percent (360 to 419 marks) will be given B2 Good, those who have secured 50 percent and above but below 60 percent (300 to 359 marks) will be awarded C above Average.

Students with 40 percent and above but below 50 percent (240 to 299 marks) will get D Average.

Students with 33 percent and above marks but below 40 percent (198 to 239Marks) will get E Fair.

Those with below 33 percent (000 to 197 marks) will be awarded F Unsatisfactory.  They require appearing again for the examination.
