Ranchi: Highly inspired by Anil Kapoor’s character in the film Nayak, Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda will now directly reach out to public and address their grievances. Munda has initiated the grievance system which would ensure smooth disposal of public services through e-governance system.

People can now call on Toll free number 0651-3059999 to voice their grievances and other problems which will directly be reported to the CM.

Arjun Munda on Thursday installed online grievance management system at his residence and initiated a website ‘Aapkacm.com’. The telephonic and online grievance system would help the victims to register their complaints and which will be forwarded to the concerned officers for redressal.

Notably, CM Arjun Munda himself will keep a track of all the complaints and also the redressal process.

Communication between the complainant and the operator could be overheard by the chief minister and if he wishes to talk tothe complainant the call would be transferred to him immediately. He could take the call from his residence, Chief Minister Secretariat and project centre depending upon his location.

Every complainant would be allotted a complaint number, which would help him/her know the status of the ongoing complaint case.

Munda said, “The online grievance management system and ‘aapkacm.com’ have been connected with the 600 grain markets and water distribution centres.  People at these centres can register their complaints. The grievance system would soon be connected to the Right to service, Mid-day meal and other projects too. Website Aapkacm.com is also connected to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. Complaints registered through these sites will also be monitored.”
