The company has also announced that there will be physical pop-up events which will be held in seven different locations across the world including Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai starting June 15. These events will help the user to have the firsthand experience of the smartphone and purchase the flagship as well.  The company has also assured goodies for the first few customers. These events will take place in Bengaluru, Berlin, Delhi, London, Mumbai, New York, and Paris, but so far, exact timings and venues for India events have not been provided.

Earlier, Pete Lau took a shot of a food which exhibited the good focus, detail, and colour accuracy of the smartphone. Although, it would be early to judge the quality of the camera since these photographs might be taken under ideal conditions with proper lightning. As far as the specifications are available so far, the OnePlus 3 is expected to feature a 5.5-inch full-HD display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB and 6GB RAM options, alongside 32GB and 64GB storage options. It is likely to run on Android Marshmallow-based OxygenOS and don USB Type-C charging port.
