Display:R7 comes with a 5-inch AMOLED display of 1080p resolution behind 2.5D glass.  R7 Plus sports a 6-inch screen of the same resolution, which stretches edge to edge for that striking futuristic look.

Processor and RAM: Computing power comes courtesy of a Qualcomm 615 chipset with a 64-bit octa-core processor and 3GB RAM.  Built-in storage is 16GB on the R7 and 32GB on the Plus, and a microSD slot is available if you are willing to live without the second SIM slot.

Camera: Both the R7 and R7 Plus come with a 13MP main camera behind an f/2.2 lens. Phase detection autofocus and a single-LED flash complete the picture on the R7, while the R7 Plus adds laser autofocus and a dual-LED flash.

Battery: The R7 Plus packs a whopping 4,100mAh battery, while the smaller model has a 2,320mAh cell and both devices support VOOC charging. A feature limited to the Plus is the fingerprint sensor on the back.

Price and availability: The Oppo R7 will cost 2499 RMB, which translates to around USD400, while the R7 Max will cost 2999 RMB or USD480. Overall, these look like good prices for the specs, though international prices will likely be higher. Color options are silver and gold.
