New Delhi: The Osama killing has started showing its impact on the Indo-Pak relationship. India is still waiting for an official response from Pakistan regarding the itinerary of the talks to be held between defence secretaries of the two countries which were scheduled by the end of this month.

Earlier, India and Pakistan had vowed to sit for talks with a positive mind to solve the contentious issue of Siachen and Sir Creek. Though Pakistan promised to continue its negotiation with India even after Operation Abbottabad, the country is still not clear for the dates of the proposed defense secretary level talks.

When asked about the matter, government sources said that India had sent a letter to Pakistan suggesting dates for the negotiation. Pakistan was asked for the date of May 26-27 and May 30-31 but there is no response yet even after half of the month has passed.

More so, any positive sign has been hindered after anti-India statement made by ISI Chief Suja Pasha flashed.
