Spinners have always found it difficult to bowl with a accurate action but chucking is not only restricted to spin bowling. There are many pacers who were accused or banned for their improper bowling action.

Here is the list of fast bowlers who were accused for illegal bowling action:

Charlie Griffith: One of the most feared bowlers of all times, Griffith was called in 1961-62 and 1966 for an illegal bowling action. He is the bowler who hit young Indian batsman Nari Contractor with his bouncer, subsequently ending his career. Absence of modern technology helped this West Indies bowler to get away with wrong actions a lot of times.

Brett Lee: He was reported for his action in the year 2000, just a week later he was named International Young Cricketer of the Year. He was later cleared by ICC and was never called for the same.

Shoaib Akhtar: Now retired, this Pakistan bowling legend is one of the very few bowlers in the world who could throw a delivery beyond the speed of 90mph. He was called for his actions time and again. In 1999, however, he was officially notified about chucking but it was overturned almost immediately.
Shoaib Akhtar was suspended for an year because of illegal action.
