According to the e-commerce site, the Panasonic T9 smartphone features dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Sporting a 3.5-inch (320x480 pixel) display, processor coupled with 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone sport a 2-megapixel rear camera along with LED flash support with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The Panasonic smartphone supports an additional expansion via microSD card (up to 32GB), apart from the 4GB of inbuilt storage.

Connectivity options on Panasonic T9 include 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB.

Earlier in October, Panasonic launched the T40 smartphone in India, at Rs 5,990. The Panasonic T40 smartphone comes with dual-SIM support and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It bears a 4-inch (480x800 pixels) WVGA IPS display.

With the new smartphone, Panasonic seems to offer something which is pocket-friendly and trendy.
