Rajya Sabha too witnessed ruckus with Samajwadi Party leaders on their feet on the issue of rise in prices of essential commodities. TDP members rushed to the Well with banners opposing bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
    
AIADMK and DMK members were also on their feet, but they could not be heard in the din.
