Lucknow: As the stage is set for assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, small political parties have increased their pace of forming alliance. On Tuesday Peace Party, Apna Dal and Bundelkhand Congress laid foundation of their alliance.

Announcing about the new political equation, President of Peace Party Dr Mohammed Ayub, Apna Dal leader Krishna Patel and Raja Bundela of Bundelkhand Congress released the list of candidates.  Peace Party got maximum seats of 230 in its share whereas Apna Dal got 130 and Bundelkhand received 30 seats.

The leaders informed that the name of the alliance will be declared at the earliest. Dr Ayub said, “The party has broken its tie up with Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) ten days ago. The new party will emerge as an alternative for people of Uttar Pradesh who have gone through the regime of Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party, Congress and BJP.”

Meanwhile, Raja Bundela pointed towards dismal condition of Muslims and minorities in the state. He also declared to appoint a Muslim or a woman leader for the post of Chief Minister. On the other hand, Krishna Patel of Apna Dal claimed that the party will follow the guidelines set during formation of alliance.
