Siddle lashed left-arm spinner Rakesh Dhruv towards the mid-wicket fence where Manpreet Singh Gony, running in from midwicket, fumbled at the boundary and the ball bounced off the rope and into his fist. His right foot also appeared to have made contact with the rope.

Peter Siddle was given run-out after he failed to cover his ground at the non-striker's end with Dhruv backing up beautifully to gather Manpreet Gony's throw and dislodge the bails.

On-field umpire referred the decision to match referee, who declared Siddle run-out as it was really difficult decision to make in absence of cameras.
