Child rights violations in war-stricken countries
Children have become more vulnerable due to new tactics of warfare in war-torn countries. Armed-conflict groups, including state-sponsored outfits, have spread their tentacles beyond the brutal killings and wreaking havoc among civilized society. According to the UN report, they have violated children's rights, including their recruitment and using them as soldiers in war-stricken countries. Some of the most serious situations are reported in Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Nigeria and South Sudan.
