Plane crashes triggered by terrorist/military shot-down
On July 17, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight - MH17, flies from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, with 298 people on board crashed over the Ukraine/Russia border in Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine.
No survivor has yet been found in the incident, after some sources have claimed that the plane was shot down by ‘terrorists’. Among the dead, there were nine British nationals, 154 Dutch, 45 Malaysians, 27 Australians, 12 Indonesians, four Germans, four Belgians, three Filipones and one Canadian. Three infants are thought to be among the dead. Besides, 41 passengers are yet to be identified and they are believed to be Americans.
