According to a website, the future of Delhi school children are at stake as the markets in the national capital are filled with pirated, error filled CBSE textbooks.

The website says that some schools here are also involved closely with publishers of these pirated textbooks.

CBSE's vigilance cell has reportedly carried out a probe in this regard and found a major racket involving gangs that are publishing pirated and error-filled textbooks in various cities and supplying them to Delhi.

According to sources within the CBSE, during the probe it was also found that few schools and bookstores are creating an artificial scarcity of textbooks to give monetary gains to these fraudulent publishers.

The board has reportedly filed a complaint with the Delhi Police in this regard.
