New Delhi: Making a positive move in the direction of passing the long awaited Jan Lokpal Bill in the Upper House, the Prime Minister is likely to hold an all-party meeting on Friday in this regard.

It is noteworthy, the anti-graft Lokpal Bill got finally passed by the Lok Sabha in a hullaballoo in the Winter Session in December 2011 and the debate on the controversial Bill failed to meet its destiny as the Rajya Sabha was adjourned sine die amid uproar from the Opposition parties.

The UPA government was caught in an awkward position last year over the Lokpal debate as the civil society and the Opposition parties were training guns at the Central Government in the entire Lokpal episode.

Meanwhile, anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare and Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev are once again going to blow the bugle against corruption but this time they are jointly going to launch a nation-wide campaign in this regard.
