Meanwhile, Modi in his speech raked up 'Vadra land deal' issue and said, "They (Hooda government) know that after the elections, the son-in-law (Vadra) will not get any clearances for illegal deals. So, in between the election process, they have dared to take such a decision."
"I think Hooda was pressurised from the top (Congress leadership) to take such a decision," he said.
The Prime Minister hoped that the Election Commission would take "serious note" of the state government's decision.
"I hope they will take appropriate action for any violation of the Model Code of Conduct," he said raking up the alleged land deal involving Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law.”
He also promised that once the BJP is voted to power in the state, it wont allow any such activity to prevail.
“The land of Haryana is its asset, happiness of the farmer is paramount for the nation,” Modi added.
Chanting the slogan of 'jai jawan and jai kisan', the Prime Minister said, “Pradhan Mantri Sichai Yojana' will help the cultivators of the nation.”
In a blistering attack against former Haryana chief minister Om Prakash Chautala, Modi said, “some people want to rule from the jail. BJP wont let that happen.”
Further citisizing Chautala he said, “The BJP doesn't need support from goons.”
Drawing comparison with a television reality show KBC, Modi mocked the Haryana government and said, “The MLAs in Haryana, are just toiling hard to dig money, they are, playing 'kaun banega 'arbopati' (who will become a billionaire)
Ridiculing the current political stature of the Congress, Modi said, “The congress party has nothing much left with it and is pretty much jobless, so I propose an idea to help hale cleanliness programme in the nation.”
Exuding sense of equality Modi said, “We don't believe in politics which sidelines anyone, I will like to invite my friends from the Congress to volunteer and pay tribute to Pt Jawaharlal Nehru on his 125 birth anniversary by educating children over how to maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.”
Modi further talked about the increasing cases of rape and female foeticide in the state and said the party will take care of this issue, and women of Haryana need not fear.
He also asked the masses to change their attitudes towards women and girl child as the female development is very important for the growth of the nation.
Lauding his party, Modi said that BJP gave two railway tracks in the recent Railway Budget, something which was not done in the past sixty year.
