Kolkata: After the elimination of Molajula Koteswar Rao alias Kishenji, a top CPI (Maoist) leader Prashant Bose ‘Kishenda’ is tipped to take over the charge.

Kishenda is a Polit Bureau member of the CPI (Maoist) and operates as the head in Bengal-Jharkhand-Odisha region.

57-years-old Kishenda, being a native of West Bengal stand as the most obvious contender for taking over the position and responsibility of Kishenji who was gunned down by the joint security forces in an encounter in the Burisole forest in West Midnapore district on Thursday.

Kishenda is wanted in several cases of heinous crime.
