Srinagar: Reposing faith in the people of the state, Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that public will judge our achievements and loopholes.

“Our government don’t need certificate from any political leaders about the development works being carried out in the state. Only public could judge our achievements and loopholes”, Omar Abdullah said while inaugurating National Rural Livelihood Mission in his constituency Ganderbal.

“The satisfaction of the public is the only parameter of any responsible and transparent government,” said the Chief Minister.

“My report card is before the people of Jammu and Kashmir and they have to give me certificate for the performance of my government. So, I don’t afraid of the propaganda being launched by my detractors including PDP and separatists.”

Omar is confident that people of Jammu and Kashmir would judge his performance and re-elect the National Conference-Congress alliance in the upcoming state assembly election in 2014.

“During the last four years, we are working towards the betterment of the citizen and maintaining financial stability in the state. NRLM under the local name ‘Umeed’ is also one of the mechanisms towards poverty alleviation,” said the Chief Minister.
