As per media reports, the sketch was prepared from the footage, which was taken from a CCTV camera placed near Shanipar chowk on Bajirao road, showing two men on the motorcycle heading towards the two police stations.

The prepared sketch is being considered as a big lead in the case that could help in the investigation further.

The ‘low-intensity’ blast occurred near Pharaskhana Police Station, close to the famous Dagdusheth Halwai Temple in busy Budhwar Peth area in Pune, injuring five persons.

The city had come on the terrorists' radar for the first time when 17 people were killed and around 60 injured in a powerful blast at German Bakery, one of Pune's favourite eateries, on 13 February, 2010.

On August 1, 2012 too, Pune was rocked by four coordinated low-intensity explosions which had left one person injured.
