Pune: The 27th edition of the Pune International Marathon will be held on December 2 with a prize purse of Rs 25 lakh.
Announcing this, Organising Secretary Pralhad Savant said that they would rope in top international runners for the event which is considered one of the oldest in the country.
"The Pune International Marathon will be held in five categories men's full marathon, half marathon for men and women and a 10km walk for men and women," Savant said.
The registration process will begin Sunday while the forms can be procured from its website www.marathonpune.com, he added.
