Patiala: The second World Punjabi literary conference in which eminent scholars will present their research papers on different aspects of the language will be held in Patiala from December 5-7.

The Department of Punjabi Literary Studies of Punjabi University is organising the conference. Giving this information, Amritpal Kaur, Coordinator of the conference on Monday said that Jaspal Singh, Vice-Chancellor of the University will preside over the conference.

"It will be great opportunity for Punjabi lovers, who want to enrich themselves with Punjabi language knowledge. Anyone
could attend the conference", Kaur added.
     
Sarwan Singh Phillaur, Cabinet Minister, Punjab will inaugurate the conference, she said, adding, Padamshree Dalip Kaur Tiwana will be the special guest.
 
Eminent scholars from various universities of world will present their research papers on different aspects of Punjabi literature.
