Born in a farmer's family in Uttar Pradesh with eight siblings, Siddqui had worked as a chemist and a watchman before making it to the Bollywood. He later pursued his interest and joined the National School of Drama. Starting his career with a very small role in Amir Khan blockbuster “Sarfarosh”, the naturally talented actor went on to garner praise from critics in Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur and also featured in Kick with Salman Khan. Currently, the Siddiqui is one of the most sought for actor in Bollywood.
The god like figure of the South Indian film industry. In his childhood, he had worked as a coolie and bus conductor to earn his living. He started off his acting career by making small appearances in Kannada mythological moral plays and later his debut film ‘Apoorva Raagangal’ won a National Film Award.
The “Khiladi” of Bollywood had earlier worked as a waiter and dishwasher in Bangkok. Later he became a chef, survived on a meagre earning of 1500 rupees and slept on the kitchen floor for many nights. The martial arts expert came back to India and got into the glamour industry only because it seemed to have paid him more.
Badruddin Jamaluddin Kazi, the actor and comedian began his career as Johnny Walker after he impressed Guru Dutt with his screen test where he acted as a drunkard. Prior to that, he was a bus conductor in Mumbai where he used to entertain his passengers with his antics and caught attention of Balraj Sahni who took him to meet Guru Dutt.
The Parsi actor used to work as a waiter and a room service staff in the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. The Parsi actor also used to help his mother run their ancestral bakery shop. He later decided to begin itrh photography and theatre which later lead him to act in the movie ‘Munna Bhai M.B.B.S' and gain appreciation and fame.
Smriti Irani left for Mumbai from Delhi and later entered Femina Miss India 1997. Although, she did not win and to survive she worked as a cleaner in McDonald's where she used to scrub floors. Later the gained massive appreciation as the famous bahu “Tulsi”, but this is not all she had in store for her. She is currently holding the portfolio of HRD Ministry in Union Cabinet.
Mehmood made entry into Bollywood as a child actor. He used to work as a driver and poultry seller prior to becoming the most renowned comedian in the Bollywood industry. After getting married and becoming a father that he started pursuing his passion and became the next generation’s Johnny Walker.
