Jaipur: In the presence of coach-cum-captain Shane Warne and former India captain Rahul Dravid, Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday launched their team's new jersey for the Indian Premier League season four (IPL4) starting on Friday.

Floriana Group and HDFC Life were present there as team sponsor and principal associate team sponsor respectively.


 Shilpa Shetty Kundra, the co-owner of Rajasthan Royals, along with Warne and Dravid, unveiled the jersey and presented it to Floriana Group chairman Sanjay Jain and Sanjay Tripathi, head – Marketing and Direct Sales HDFC life.


Rajasthan Royals play their first IPL match on April 9 in Hyderabad and the first home game in Jaipur on April 12 against Delhi Daredevils.

Designed by PUMA, this year's jersey is the lightest of all those used in the past three IPL seasons.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra, said, "We are eagerly looking forward to the season ahead and would like to welcome Floriana Group and HDFC life on board with us."

Captain Warne said, "We are looking stronger and better than ever before. We have the right blend of power, grit, youth, and experience. We have promising youngsters in India under-19 Ashok Meenaria and few others and I hope they play true to their potential," he said.

CEO Shaun Morris said all the issues with BCCI have been resolved and the team was looking forward to an exciting season.
