Haridwar: Deciding to take the Central government head on after being slapped with charges under FEMA, yoga guru Baba Ramdev has decided to launch the second phase of his Bharat Swabhiman Yatra.

Amidst the tightening of the noose around his close aide, Balkrishna, by the CBI and charges of money laundering being slapped against his trust by the ED, Ramdev has announced the itinerary of the second phase of the two-lakh-km long march and has also started campaigning for it.

In order to focus on the Swabhiman Yatra, the yoga guru has handled the responsibility of the yoga camp, scheduled to be held on September 10 to 16 at the Patanjali Yogapeeth, to his disciple Ganeshanand.

The yatra would be kicked off on September 20-21 and then move to Mahoba on September 22-23 before proceeding to Hanirpur on September 24-25 and to Ramabainagar in Kanpur on September 26-27.

The yatra aims at highlighting the issues of black money and corruption apart from taking up the issues of National Farmers’ Commission and demand of education in Indian languages.

The yoga guru is also planning to hold a yoga camp on September 30 and October 1 in Hardoi.

From Hardoi, Ramdev would proceed to Farukhabad, which is home district as well as the Lok Sabha constituency of Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid.
