Following the launch of the Moto E, Lava introduced the Iris X1 which offered Android 4.4 KitKat and outdid the Motorola device. Lava also released a selfie phone to attract those addicted to the new trend.

Lava Iris 460 sports a 4.5-inch 854 x 480 pixel display, and runs on a dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz.

It comprises of Android 4.4 KitKat and 1GB RAM, 8GB storage (expandable up to 32GB) memory. It has a 5MP rear, VGA front camera and 1650mAh battery. The handset has 130mm X 65mm X 8.75mm dimensions.

The features of the handset has a support for 10 Indian languages, and offers dual SIM slots with both of them supporting 3G connectivity.

It is available in black and grey colour options and will be put on sale through retail and online stores soon.
