In the first incident, a case was registered against Chaudhary after Sub Divisional Magistrate (Sadar) Rajesh Kumar found that he had organized a public meeting on Saturday at Pushp Vaitka without taking prior permission from the district officials, a police official said, adding it was also in violation of section 144 of CrPC.

In another incident of violation of MCC, AAP candidate from Mathura Anuj Garg was booked for organising a press meet without taking prior permission from the Electoral office.

According to police, Garg was holding a press conference when a flying squad arrived there and wanted to record a video of the event.

He and his supporters not only allegedly misbehaved with the officials but also prevented them from recording the proceedings.
